Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing has announced the start of work on the Jeddah Waterfront Development Project, which aims to transform the area into a distinctive tourist destination.
The project includes the creation of green spaces and public beaches, as well as the development of recreational and cultural facilities. Walking and cycling paths will also be designed, contributing to the promotion of social and sports activities.
Through this project, the government seeks to improve the quality of life in the city and increase its attractiveness to tourists and citizens alike. The development is expected to support the local economy and create new job opportunities.
The move is part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to promote sustainable development and improve infrastructure in cities.
